Job Description Job Description About the Role We’re hiring an
experienced CNC professional in Pittsburgh, PA (15642) to set up,
run, and fine-tune CNC machines while upholding top-tier quality in
a friendly, team-first environment. Core Responsibilities Prepare
machines: select tooling, set offsets, and verify programs to meet
part specifications. Translate blueprints, technical drawings, and
CAD references into machining steps. Conduct routine equipment care
and troubleshoot common machine issues. Monitor production runs;
adjust parameters to maintain accuracy and consistency. Verify
finished parts meet all dimensional and quality requirements.
Collaborate with peers to streamline setups and improve throughput.
Uphold housekeeping and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; formal machining
training or certification preferred. Proven CNC experience (lathe
and/or mill) in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read complex
drawings and technical documentation. Working knowledge of CNC
operation and programming principles. Proficient with calipers,
micrometers, and other inspection tools; familiar with QC
practices. Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused.
Self-directed with strong teamwork skills. Clear communicator with
