role:Whelan Financial Strategies Group is seeking a Senior Client
Associate in Wealth and Investment Management. In this role, youll
provide essential support to Financial Advisors by handling a wide
range of client service and operational tasks. This includes
assisting clients directly, preparing for meetings, managing
account-related inquiries, and executing administrative functions
to help grow and maintain client relationships. Youll also
coordinate marketing efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and act
as a liaison between the team and referral sources. With your
experience and professionalism, youll be a trusted
resourceanticipating issues, offering guidance, and supporting both
clients and colleagues with expert knowledge and care.Required
