PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing & Customer
Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA,
Cleveland, OH, Wilmington, DE, Tysons Corners or Vienna, VA. This
position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities
require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. As a
Business Analytics Manager Senior, you won’t just crunch numbers;
you’ll drive performance, unlock customer insights, and directly
impact how millions of people experience our brand. In this
high-impact role, you’ll lead a newly formed team of talented
analysts, providing insights that optimize our marketing campaigns
and accelerate our growth. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our
analytics roadmap, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies
to uncover actionable intelligence. We are seeking a dynamic,
analytical, and innovative thinker ready to elevate PNC’s digital
marketing strategy in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. This
is more than just dashboards and metrics – it is about transforming
complex data into clear action that fuels customer growth and
builds loyalty. Job Responsibilities: •\tLead the strategic
build-out of a new digital marketing analytics function.
•\tCollaborate closely with marketing strategists, product teams,
and finance stakeholder to define KPIs and set measurable goals.
•\tLead analysis across digital marketing campaigns (paid search,
SEO, social, email, programmatic, etc.) to identify trends,
optimize performance, and maximize ROI. •\tUse advanced tools
(Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Hadoop, etc) to extract insights and
create compelling, decision-driving reports and dashboard.
•\tDevelop robust attribution models and customer journey insights
to drive personalized experiences across channels. •\tChampion new
A/B testing and experimentation strategies, providing analytical
rigor to optimize campaign performance •\tStay ahead of emerging
marketing tech, privacy regulations, and digital trends to
future-proof analytics strategies. Preferred skills and experience:
•\tYou have a proven track record of success as a digital marketing
analytics leader, with significant experience in a manager role.
•\tYou possess a deep understanding of various digital marketing
channels and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g.
SA360, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics)
and the data they generate. •\tYou have high proficiency in web
analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics), visualization tools
(e.g. Tableau, Power BI), data querying (e.g. SQL, Spark, Impala)
•\tYou are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate
complex business questions into analytical frameworks and
actionable recommendations. •\tYou have strong storytelling skills
with the ability to write and present complex data findings to both
technical and non-technical audiences, include senior and executive
leadership. •\tYou’re a natural leader who can inspire, guide, and
develop a high-performing team •\tYou have strong project planning
and management skills with a proven ability to deliver on

Description Directs the strategic design, management, and
implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to
drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to
meet business requirements . Leading the research, development and
adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying
technology-based business opportunities. Implementing mechanisms
for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has
integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior
leadership. Directing, motivating, developing and managing the
performance of the management team and key staff. PNC Employees

college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree,
PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is
typically 8 years. At least 5 years of prior management experience
is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable
combination of education, job specific certification(s), and
experience (including military service) may be considered.

$96,000.00 – $200,400.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic
location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and
