Description: - All incoming power is 480/3 phase - Will be responsible for Installing power/ running wire/ conduit - Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining existing power - Required to read and interpret blueprints / schematics - Will be responsible for maintenance of various machines including presses, welders, feeders, robotic cells, cranes - Troubleshoot PLCs - ladder logic - allen Bradley, vosch, just need troubleshooting skills - Troubleshoot Relay logic - Responsible for building new panels as needed - Installing safety sensors, proxy switches, light curtains - Experience with ac/dc motor controls - outsource rebuild, troubleshoot and take them apart - Maintain / repair cervo drives - Assist in other mechanical break downs - some hydraulics/pneumatics - Assist in new projects - always moving things around to optimize space, new machinery coming at the end of this year - Servicing the wires to power the motors - 75% of the time they are on top of the presses in the manlift completing repairs Skills: Electrical, Conduit, Troubleshooting, Wiring, 480v, Repair, Schematic, Installation, Pulling wire, Conduit bending, Plc troubleshooting, Install, Industrial, Electrical troubleshooting, 3 phase, motor control, ac/dc motor, motor repair, panel repair, Bending conduit, Maintenance repair, Preventive maintenance, Blueprint Top Skills Details: Electrical,Conduit,Troubleshooting,Wiring,480v Additional Skills & Qualifications: plcs, proxy switches, motors, press maintenance Experience Level: Entry Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
