Kelly - Professional & Industrial is partnering with a Customer in Middlefield, OH seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician!



DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday

Wage: $28.00 - 32.50 based on experience + $1500 NEW HIRE BONUS

Location: Middlefield, Ohio



Responsibilities:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for all facility and production related equipment using the highest safety standards and maintenance best practices to produce a quality product in a fast-paced environment.


Perform all work in a safe and professional manner while maintaining a clean work environment.
Quickly identify and resolve work requests on a wide variety of production equipment and processes.
Complete established routine preventive maintenance tasks with the use of CMM Programs.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work areas with multiple sites.
Background and experience in electrical with PLC's, pneumatics & hydraulic knowledge, and familiarity a plus.
Previous participation in safety and continuous improvement programs with the desire to help make improvements to existing programs.



Qualifications:


High School/GED required
Technical Degree, Certification, or equivalent trades training program with emphasis on electrical and/or fluid power.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a production setting
Experience in an injection molding operation or plastic extrusion operation preferred.
