Bench Technician Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-minute breaks at 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00/hr
• Weekly Pay!
• Medical Benefits Available! Bench Technician Job Description:
  • Read and interpret schematics to build new products according to drawings and BOMs provided
  • Use hand soldering techniques and bench tools proficiently (training available if needed)
  • Verify component specifications and test products for quality and functionality
  • Correct deficiencies and ensure compliance with agency standards
  • Add or remove certification marks/labels based on product conformity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform tasks independently or within a team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager Bench Technician Job Requirements:
    • Education: Two-year degree in electronic technology or equivalent experience
    • Experience:
      
      • 2-3 years in a bench technician role
      • RF experience is desirable
      • Skills:
        
        • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
        • Proficient in soldering and use of bench hand tools
        • Capable of multitasking and working independently or as part of a team
        • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
        • Physical Requirements:
