- Monitor packaging line operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on packaging equipment.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards during all packaging processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with packaging equipment.
- Prepare packaging materials and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Record and report production data, including quantities, materials used, and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and new packaging techniques.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot packaging equipment.
- Proficiency with operating and maintaining packaging machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret packaging specifications and production orders.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and production management software.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to safety protocols and a clean working environment.
