If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to bring your skills and expertise to our innovative company.Job Responsibilities- Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment.- Monitor packaging line operations to ensure quality and efficiency.- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on packaging equipment.- Adhere to safety and quality standards during all packaging processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with packaging equipment.- Prepare packaging materials and ensure inventory levels are maintained.- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.- Record and report production data, including quantities, materials used, and downtime.- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and new packaging techniques.- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot packaging equipment.- Proficiency with operating and maintaining packaging machinery.- Ability to read and interpret packaging specifications and production orders.- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and production management software.- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.- Commitment to safety protocols and a clean working environment.- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
