Job Description Job Description Lead Customer Service Representative (Shift Leader) The Lead Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting store leadership. This position assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations and helps set the example for clean, friendly, and in-stock (CFI) standards. We live this mission through our Core Principles: Do the right thing, right now, every time Embrace change Communicate with honesty and transparency Respect guests and teammates Treat vendors as partners Have a passion for winning Make a positive impact in our communities Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every guest, maintaining a friendly environment, and using suggestive selling techniques Support store leadership with daily operations and shift execution Maintain store cleanliness, including interior, exterior, and restrooms Assist with merchandising, stocking, displays, and inventory replenishment Operate POS registers accurately and maintain proper cash accountability Follow loss prevention, safety, health, and sanitation standards Communicate food service needs with kitchen staff and management Train and support team members; cross-train in retail and food service operations Uphold company policies, pricing, signage, and age-restricted sales compliance Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Report safety concerns or incidents promptly Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) 1 year of leadership experience preferred (retail, QSR, or convenience store experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using POS systems and store technology Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to change Reliable transportation Must pass a pre-employment background check Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth and leadership opportunities Paid training Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make an impact in your local community Apply today and help us deliver world-class convenience—one guest at a time.
