APPLY NOW At Stratus Building Solutions, the 1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunities for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners. Responsibilities Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees. Conduct quality reviews to ensure high service standards. Facilitate the startup of services for new customers and cleaners. Address and resolve complaints. Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients. Train new franchisees. Be a part of a culture that values innovation, leadership, agility, and teamwork Qualifications Preferred, but not required, experience in Cleaning Industry, Janitorial, Floor Care, Carpet cleaning knowledge. Valid Drivers License HS Diploma or GED Experienced in project management and follow-through on tasks to completion. Preferred, but not required, Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English is preferred). Desire to 'coach' and build teams. Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace. Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds. Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.
