assigned mid-market accounts and territory Identify, qualify, and
close new business opportunities Drive upsell, cross-sell,
services, and renewal revenue Build strong customer relationships
measured by: Customer satisfaction Referenceability Growth in
annual recurring revenue (ARR) Collaborate closely with internal
teams in a virtual selling model Travel 20–35% for on-site meetings
with customers, prospects, and partners What You Bring 3 years of
successful inside sales experience in the IT or application
software market Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K Success in a
fast-paced, competitive, consultative sales environment Experience
selling to Plant Managers, Directors/VPs of Operations Experience
selling MES, PLM type software preferred Experience with Business
Intelligence or Statistical Analytics a plus Education Bachelor's
degree preferred Associate or Technical College degrees considered

years of strong performance, high achievers may be eligible for
