Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to
expand our market share and enhance our sales within the designated
territory. The successful candidate will be instrumental in
pursuing strategic opportunities, fostering relationships with
existing customers, and securing new business partners. This role
requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a
sharp sales acumen, and a commitment to excellence in driving
business growth. Develop and execute strategic territory business
plans aimed at increasing sales volume and market share. Analyze
market trends and competitor strategies to adjust approaches.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while
identifying and securing new clients. Coordinate with internal
teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge and educate
clients on relevant changes. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual
sales targets. Provide regular feedback to management regarding
sales performance and client feedback. Strong understanding of
financial services and payment technology markets. Proven ability
in territory management and sales plan execution. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Capacity to
manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in
CRM software and sales tracking tools. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
is preferred. Any certification related to financial services or
payment solutions is considered a plus.
