(DSP) - 1099 Location: Pittsburgh, PA area. Compensation: Up to $17
per hour, depending on experience Position Type: 1099 Independent
Contractor (No benefits provided) Schedule: Sat-Sun 7am-11pm
preferred but first, second, and third shifts are also available,

stories! Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a related
field Valid driver’s license (required for community-based homes)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) DSP certification is
a plus Job Description We are seeking caring, compassionate, and
energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support
individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You
will assist clients with daily living tasks and help promote
independence and quality of life in a respectful, person-centered
environment. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily
tasks and routines Provide personal care support (bathing,
grooming, hygiene, etc.) Transport and accompany individuals to
medical appointments and community outings Administer prescribed
medications (if certified) Maintain accurate documentation of
services provided Offer companionship and emotional support Promote
