Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Social
Worker position is available in Warren, MI, supporting K-12
students, primarily middle and high school-aged youth. This role is
based in a residential facility serving male youths who are victims
or offenders of sexual violence, requiring onsite presence
exclusivelyvirtual work is not an option. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct social work services to male students in a
residential setting, addressing trauma related to sexual violence.
Develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and external agencies to
ensure comprehensive care. Monitor student progress and adjust
interventions as needed. Maintain accurate case documentation in
compliance with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Active
Michigan Social Work license (please verify license prior to
applying). Experience working with youth affected by trauma,
especially sexual violence. Background working in schools or
residential settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work onsite full time, 35 hours
