Payroll Specialist Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time Our client, a
well-established company in the Pittsburgh region, is looking for a
detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a
great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced
accounting department. Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist
Role: Process multi-state, biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried
employees The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate payroll
entries including hours, deductions, and adjustments Reconcile
payroll reports and assist with audits The Payroll Specialist will
respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional
manner Assist with payroll-related projects and process
improvements Qualifications for Payroll Specialist Role: 2 years of
payroll experience preferred Strong knowledge of payroll laws,
taxes, and compliance Experience with UKG (formerly Kronos/UltiPro)
is a major plus
